Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace bring you..."relax-cation!"

Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace presents the ultimate “relax-cation” with a series of
destination spa weekends centered around the renowned Self Awareness and Growth
Experience (SAGE) seminar. Retreats will be offered at the award-winning spa
Friday, Sept. 23 to Sunday, Sept. 25, and again Friday, Feb. 17 to
Sunday, Feb. 19,
2012
.

Designed by internationally
known professional speaker Todd Hershey, SAGE helps to improve self awareness
and educate individuals on how to obtain a better life balance. Offered in
30-minute individualized sessions led by Hershey, SAGE helps guests undergo an
inner transformation leading to an overall enhanced wellbeing. Each session is
$99 and multiple sessions can be combined for a more in-depth reading.

“SAGE teaches individuals how
to achieve an elevated understanding of their higher self,” says Hershey. “By
educating on how to release old, negative thought patterns and replace them
with new, positive behaviors, it creates more room for peace and harmony to
fill their lives and will have a profound impact on the individual’s overall
outlook.”

Guests can also enhance their
destination spa weekend with Regression Hypnosis, a personalized session aimed
at exploring and unlocking past situations to be addressed in present day.
Sessions in regression can help to resolve past or lingering issues and advise
on ways to move forward with present life. The only spa on the Strip to offer
hypnotherapy, Qua’s series encompasses a variety of subjects designed to lead
to better health and wellness including treatments for sleep disorders, stress
relief, weight management, smoking and more. Hypnotherapy sessions start at
$130.

For a more interactive
destination getaway, Qua offers yoga classes and a series of health and
wellness treatments. Rejuvenation Yoga with guided meditation is taught by yoga
master Swami Ramanada Saturdays at
10 a.m.;
classes are $15. Wellness treatments include Qua’s signature Chakra Balancing
and Shirodhara treatments such as the Ayurvedic Journey, a rejuvenation of the
mind and body through balancing energy work and warm oils streamed onto the
third eye chakra.

To round out a weekend full
of health and wellness, Qua’s organic Dosha Menu, featuring a variety of
fresh-squeezed juices, teas, soups, salads and small plate items designed to
meet the specific needs of an individual’s “dosha,” is available to spa guests.
Spa artisans are on-hand to assist guests in determining their dosha: Vata,
Pitta or Kapha. In Ayurvedic Medicine, it is believed that a diet specific to
an individual's dosha can lead to a more balanced and harmonious life.

Appointments are available
