Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace recently launched “Famous Food,” a YouTube video
series starring Chef de Cuisine Michael Wolf showing viewers the secrets behind
some of the most popular dishes at the restaurant. Known for its sweet and savory offerings, the
historic restaurant originated in New York City before making a second home in Las Vegas . The debut of
“Famous Food” featured step-by-step instruction on how to build the High Heel
Pump, a signature sandwich at Serendipity 3 that deliciously combines
prosciutto di parma, buffalo mozzarella, arugula and tomatoes into a
mouth-watering entrée. In the second
installment of the “Famous Food” video series Chef Michael Wolf prepares the
heirloom tomato salad with an herb vinaigrette.
In the second installment,
Wolf makes the heirloom tomato salad with burrata cheese, Marcona almonds and
seasonal heirloom tomatoes from California . Part of the
appeal of the salad is the use of these tomatoes that are free of any gene
modification, producing a fun variety of natural colors unlike the typical
bright red. Wolf even conjures up the
herb vinaigrette from its most basic ingredients to show viewers how they can
enjoy the delicious and healthy dish from home.
The videos, which will be released every month, are available for
viewing on the Caesars Palace YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/caesarspalace.
Serendipity 3 is located
adjacent to the iconic Caesars Palace Fountains overlooking the famed Las Vegas
Strip. It opens daily at 8 a.m. and accepts the last reservation at 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 12 midnight Friday and Saturday.
