She was decked out in leather pants and a blue top for the night out, which came just before her pal Lo Bosworth's 25th birthday today. LC has been busy with social and work commitments all month, starting with her appearance at Fashion's Night Out and continuing with a recent photo shoot for her Kohl's collection. LC is currently using her skills for a more personal project — she's working on her Halloween costume and shared a picture of her progress on Twitter.
In addition to her latest dress-up design, LC's also developing her own makeup line as she continues to expand her business empire.

What's Next for Lauren Conrad? A Makeup Line!

Who runs the style world? These days, it often feels like one girl: Lauren Conrad. In addition to her LC Lauren Conrad line for Kohl’s and her burgeoning Paper Crown collection — not to mention two successful websites, laurenconrad.com and thebeautydepartment.com — the former reality starlet is planning to launch a beauty line.
“Right now, one of my main objectives is to expand thebeautydepartment.com into a product line,” she wrote on Forbes.com this week, in her final guest post for the site’s lifestyle section. “I am currently researching all of my options, but should begin the process of executing an actual line very soon — stay tuned!”
The Beauty Department — a joint venture with her longtime hairstylist, Kristin Ess, and her makeup artist, Amy Nadine — launched in April of this year, featuring video and photo how-tos on everything from manicures and facials to blowouts and braids.
“Growing up, I never really learned how to do my hair and makeup correctly and the results weren’t always great,” Conrad said at the time. “Our goal with The Beauty Department is to provide girls and young women with a basic how-to of simplified versions of popular trends and styles that they can recreate themselves.”

Lauren Conrad Puts Hollywood Home Up For Sale

Lauren Conrad has put her mini-mansion in Hollywood up for sale -- finally! The reality starlet has been living in a Westwood condo since early 2009 and has been renting it out for $11,000/mo ever since.

Interested? You can buy the 3,009-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 4-bath piece of 'Hills' history for just $2.25 million! And it also boasts a decent sized guest house (where Audrina Patridge lived).

Lauren is taking a loss on this one, she bought the home for $2.36 million in 2008.
