crap..the neighbor just caught me talking to the cat in my 'baby cat voice' voice. He just shut his car door and smiled at me from over the hedge. That's okay. I have seen the little tea cup dog that he carries around like a bag of pouch tobacco. He's a good guy who can laugh about his choice of pet like I can.
